A Dream that was started one year back!!!
19th of August 2011 was the day when a dream launched and became online as DreamStarts.in for all. Keeping a thorough full endeavor to provide a simple, robust, stable and a free platform for Indian entrepreneurs / startups where employers can interact directly with their potential employees.
I am pleased to announce that Dreamstarts.in has successfully completed one year in business. During this period Dreamstarts.in has strongly established its presence and achieving the goal day by day in the way of achievement. On this occasion I would like to share some interesting facts and figures with my elite audience.

Greetings to all Dearmstarts users and their delightful like. Currently it has 240 FB fans from all over the India. This number is just lagging behind as per my expectation but it’s quite impressive and definitely, it will achieve the figure of 10X.

Job posting – The best way for startups publicity
Job posting for a startup company is the best platform to get publicity and explore their organization, work culture and product/services to around the globe. Especially on those sites, who is very much specialized and professional startup job portals and have open job board for the viewers. From SEO point of view, it creates a relevant, permanent and quality Backlink to your home page. This is the simple way to widen your network and circulated message from one corner to another corner. There are millions of dynamic talents are hunting a lucrative career in the startups because of well known constraints of the big organizations. Startups can achieve both the purpose by regular job posting.
So, How to trap the talents and explore your startup by job posting?

It was a fine sunny morning, birds were singing in their own rhythm and saying that wake up Mr. Jeet it’s time for an interview with a startup company. You have already fixed an appointment with an emerging, fastest growing and well funded e-commerce startup company of India.
Hummmm!!! Left the bed with scratching my nose and got ready in effusive professional attire with putting some extra professionalism on my face.
Somehow, I was managed to reach the venue on time. It was as usual crowded with so called Tech Brains from top notch institutes or organizations due to startup hypes, as per my exception.
Selection process has been started with written test with two rounds of in-depth technical evaluation, covering the areas like core java, j2ee, j2ee frameworks, new features of JDK, Database optimizations, web applications, Data Structures and Algorithms. Looks like, I came here for a top technical giant not for a shop/eShop. Thank god!!! It went through.
After technical validation of my candidature, I have entered for managerial discussion with the top executives of the company. Once again, I was not able to control my hand to stop nose scratching.
HTML5, the future of the web.
More and more game companies are turning to the HTML5 web format to create cross-platform games. The latest is Pangalore, a social and mobile game startup based in Seoul.
Pangalore was founded in May to create games that can run on multiple platforms by using HTML5 as their technical foundation. Pangalore built from scratch a game engine that can work within the limits of HTML5, said Doyon Kim, chief product officer and co-founder of the company who runs the office in San Jose, Calif., in an interview.
Pangalore is announcing two new Facebook and mobile games today: Artfit and Wild West Solitaire. Both are slow-moving, cartoon-like titles that accommodate the main weakness of HTML5 now: slow speed. Pangalore is also working on two more titles, Pop the Candy and Bubble Prince, for release later. Kim says the company will release titles every couple of months.
